PRE-PROGRAMME ADVISORY

To get the most out of your Juice Programme we have included a set of Pre-Programme instructions below. It is important that you try to implement as many of these as possible for the best results and remember, this isn’t a quick fix but you’ll get out of it what you put in!

We recommend you seek medical advice before starting our programmes to assess suitability & health risks; the programmes may not be suitable for everyone so check with your GP before starting and carefully read our PRE-PROGRAM ADVISORY below.

FOR A SUPER- SUCCESSFUL CLEANSE

To get the best out of the programme make sure that before you begin you have cut out all caffeine, alcohol, wheat, gluten, dairy and refined sugars for at least 2-3 days prior to starting your juices.

Drink plenty of water

Water helps hugely (whilst you are on the programme) by flushing out additional toxins from the body; it improves focus and also aids digestion so we recommend that you drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day. This is also a fantastic habit to maintain after you have finished the programme.

TO AVOID MISSING CAFFIENE

Stock up on herbal and green teas! A few of our favourites are

  • Chamomile, great for aiding with sleep
  • Peppermint, perfect for digestive help
  • Ginger Tea, helps fight inflammation and stimulates the immune system

Change your sleep schedule

Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night; this will have a big impact on how you will feel during the programme. A good nights sleep has been proven to reduce cravings, improve the immune system and aid in weight-loss.

Once again, this is a brilliant practice to upkeep once the programme has ended.

Get THOSE steps in

If you don’t already, start introducing light exercise into your life and if you can spare the time, 10,000 steps should be your aim each day. Whilst this may sound a lot, you’ll be surprised at how many steps you take just pottering around the house or the office.
